Support for Flood-Affected Lithium Battery Energy Storage Systems
1. Free BMS Replacement for Water-Damaged Systems
For Lithium Battery Energy Storage Systems where the Battery Management System (BMS) has been damaged due to flooding, Lithium Valley will provide a free replacement BMS to help restore safe and stable operation.
2. 20% Discount on Battery Replacement
If the battery inside the lithium battery energy storage unit was affected by water exposure, customers will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of a new battery, reducing financial pressure while ensuring long-term system reliability.
Policy Validity Period
This special support policy for Vietnam is effective immediately and will remain available until December 31, 2025. Users are encouraged to contact Lithium Valley or their authorized partners as early as possible to arrange professional inspection, damage assessment, and system replacement services.
